Samsung Galaxy S6 Review

Now only a few weeks ago Samsung launched Galaxy Note 4 and now there are reports of Samsung Galaxy S6 leaking specification online. It will be released later in 2015. The information is found from a Chinese blog that runs technology contents. It claims that Samsung is working on so called 6th generation S series smart phones with top notch hardware. You will be surprised once you see hardware specs. Look like Samsung wants to take the top seat again in smart phone market.
But any ways, lets check out what is in the report. The information claims that the 6th generation Samsung Galaxy S6 will be using 5.3 inch super AMOLED which is based on 4k ultra HD display. Resolution sets to be 4096 x 2160 p. Standard smart phones has usually 2K or 1560 x 1440 p resolution.
Processor is Qualcomm’s based with 64 bit architecture. Its a snapdragon 810 series Octa-core (8 core) CPU. I have been looking at advertisement in Pakistani TV channels about some Q NOIR smart phone which claims to be Octa-core but haven’t used them. What is their chipset? What is the processor architecture? Is it nano technology that are using? Are they using some poor brand processor? These things count any ways in the end. I have used Qualcomm from ages and I am very confident in it. The latest they are giving it to Samsung in Samsung Galaxy S6 with Octa-core CPU (Quad-core ARM Cortex A57 and quad-core A53) with a top clock rate of 2.7 GHz would be definitely incredible.
More information includes Adreno 430 graphics engine which is used in many smart phones and 4GB RAM. 4GB RAM is huge for a smart phone and for resource hungry android application and games.
It would be supporting 2G, 3G and 4G. LTE or 4G provides the same speed as Samsung Galaxy S5 plus with CAT6 300 Mbps DL.
Samsung Galaxy S6 would be coming with Bluetooth 4.1 and WiFi has MIMO (Multi In Multi Out) support to extend the range and throughput of WiFi data transfer. USB is same as in Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Samsung Galaxy S5 plus i.e. USB 2.0 or 3.0.
As Samsung Galaxy S6 would be launching in 2015, so it can be assumed that it will come with latest Android 5.0 Lollipop release with updates.
I am sure they will bring some new innovative software to this machine. At the moment we don’t have enough information for that.

With so much high specs and alot of memory we are estimating Samsung Galaxy S6 price to be around 90000 PKR - 110000 PKR in Pakistan. In USA it would be around 850 USD - 950 USD and in Europe it may cost you 800 to 900 Euros. If you earn well, then you can buy this beast, but if you don’t earn that well you can either stick to some low spec android mobile phone with low price or you can get it on a contract from some operator which may not put burden on your pocket.

According to Ars Technica blog, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge 128 GB Curved edition will be priced at 1191 USD approximate of 1049 euros. S6 Galaxy Edge 128 GB normal edition will cost 1077 USD equivalent to 949 euros.
Standard Samsung Galaxy S6 32 GB model will cost 850 USD equivalent to 749 euros where as 64 GB will be around 964 USD or 849 euros.
